Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs admitted he enjoys having sex “all day,” according to a new civil lawsuit.
Former Making the Band star Sara Rivers has filed a $60 million civil lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder, accusing him of sexual harassment and assault. Combs has vehemently denied the allegations in the lawsuit.
Rivers filed the lawsuit, which has been obtained by The Mirror US, in New York as the Gender Motivated Violence Act was set to close. In one part of the court documents, she alleged Combs made a shocking confession about his sex life while filming his MTV show.
During the filming of episode seven in season two, Rivers alleged Diddy started “berating” the contestants that “people dream to have this chance then when get it they treat it like this.” His comments came following fighting between group members.
According to the lawsuit, “Diddy tells Plaintiff and group that anybody who got really big had to sacrifice something.” He then listed Madonna, Michael Jordan, Jay-Z, Biggie, Tupac and himself as “individuals who got really big and had to sacrifice something,” according to the court documents.
Combs is then said to have told the group he spends the majority of his day “doing stuff [he] doesn’t want to do.” The lawsuit continued, “Diddy describes he would prefer to “watch Scarface fifty times,” “eat a turkey sandwich” and “have sex all day.””
Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Rivers alleged Combs assaulted her as she walked down a hallway and claimed he backed her into a corner. She alleged Diddy was so close “he could kiss her.”
The lawsuit alleged Diddy asked Rivers “in a low, sensual voice how she is doing, if she’s ok and if she needed anything at all.” Rivers claimed Combs then “used his left hand to adjust collar of her jacket and then ran his left hand across her breasts while repeating the phrase if she needs anything to let him know.”
Rivers also accused the Last Night hitmaker of “making physical threats” to other members of Da Band. In the lawsuit, she claimed Combs showed “aggressive and abusive behavior.”
In a statement shared with The Mirror US, the rapper’s legal team denied the claims made in Rivers’ lawsuit. Combs’ attorneys have also previously filed a defamation lawsuit against attorney Ariel Mitchell, who filed the lawsuit on behalf of Rivers.
“This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs,” they said. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it wont change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyoneman or woman, adult or minor.”
Diddy’s attorneys continued, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. With the deadline for New Yorks Gender-Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, its clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute, meritless claims. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”
