Another victim of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has come forward with new allegations that include trafficking, sexual assault, and a chilling admission.
In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday Feb 26, John Doe alleges Diddy claimed he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur after the disgraced rap mogul sexually assaulted him. This is the second accuser who has claimed Diddy took credit for Tupac’s murder.
The court documents include horrifying details of the alleged assault, including a threat from Diddy if John Doe ever came forward about what happened that night, “If I can get Pac hit, what the f— do you think can happen to you?
Rapper Tupac Shakur was killed in a drive by shooting in 1996, and his murder remained unsolved for 27 years until former Crips gang member Duane “Keefe D” Davis was convicted of first-degree murder in 2023. Diddy was not charged in connection to the killing.
Tupac was embroiled in a long-standing rap feud with several East Coast rappers, including Diddy, then known as Puff Daddy, and Notorious B.I.G., who was murdered in a similar manner six months later. Combs was not charged or implicated in connection with Notorious B.I.G.’s murder.
This latest lawsuit against the former Bad Boy Records exec details a harrowing assault, adding to the long list of accusers with similar alleged experiences.
In 2012, John Doe was a contractor for a “male companion service” based in Florida. After meeting Diddy through the service, John Doe claims he would travel to New York City at the rapper’s request. He believes he was lured to be sexually assaulted.
Allegedly, one night at the New York City Intercontinental Hotel, Diddy ordered John Doe to “perform sexual acts upon a female companion” of his. The plaintiff recalls being directed by Diddy to perform oral and penetrative sex on the woman for “multiple hours” and “perform degrading acts upon her.”
John Doe recalls drinking from a water bottle provided by Diddy as he rubbed baby oil all over his body, and claimed to feel “as if he had been drugged and not in complete control of his body.”
After the acts concluded, John Doe retreated into the bathroom. Diddy allegedly followed him into the bathroom, saying, “I really want you to stay, let’s turn up, let’s turn up.” After repeating to Diddy that he was not feeling well and needed to leave, he allegedly responded, “No, were gonna have some fun,” and “grabbed Doe’s penis while he began to simultaneously touch himself.”
Diddy then proceeded to rape John Doe, threatening him to prevent him from coming forward about the assault. Afterwards, according to the victim’s lawsuit, Diddy allegedly told the victim, “You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me? Im not f—— playing with you,” adding, “If I can get Pac hit, what the f— do you think can happen to you?”
Fearing for his life, John Doe recalls that he agreed not to say anything about the alleged assault.
Diddy is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York while he awaits trial for sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all wrongdoing.
